1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with db1111, accessing our platform, or using any of the services we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the db1111 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the member) and db1111 (platform operator). This agreement governs all aspects of platform usage, including account registration, deposits, betting, bonus usage, withdrawal of winnings, and all other interactions with our platform.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the services of db1111, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
• Not currently prohibited from betting activities by any regulatory authority.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent for any third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) db1111 account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If db1111 detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses received will be voided, and the remaining funds will be subject to further investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. db1111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address.

3 Deposit & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on db1111 operated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept the following deposit methods, all of which are legitimate local Malaysian payment channels:

The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The maximum deposit within a 24-hour period depends on your account level. db1111 does not charge any processing fees for deposits made via the above methods.

Db1111 reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any deposit transaction suspected of involving fraud, the use of stolen financial information, or a violation of any applicable law.

4 Withdrawal of Winnings

Member db1111 who wish to withdraw winnings must comply with the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit — whether that is Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX to a Malaysian local bank account.
• The withdrawal recipient account must be registered under the same name as the db1111 member.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within less than 10 minutes once approved by our finance team.
• Db1111 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, db1111 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC). This is standard procedure to ensure the security of your account. Delays in providing the requested documents may result in delays in withdrawal processing.

If any activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms, db1111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted. The investigation period shall not exceed 14 business days.

All legitimate winnings will be paid out in full with no deductions. db1111 is committed to ensuring that every eligible member receives every cent they are entitled to.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Db1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special sports tournament promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Rollover Requirement (Wagering): Every bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only participate in one active promotion at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Claim Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on db1111 is subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended except under specific circumstances as defined by the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or disruption during gameplay, db1111 reserves the right to void or reset the relevant bets at our discretion.
• Odds and betting limits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Db1111 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size for any member without providing a reason.
• For Sports Betting, any postponed or cancelled matches will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport rules displayed on the platform.
• Winnings resulting from bugs, pricing errors, or unusual technical conditions may be voided at db1111's discretion.

For Live Casino games, all dealer decisions are final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours after the relevant game has concluded.

7 Platform Abuse & Fraud

db1111 enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or platform abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening more than one account (whether in your own name or through another person).
• The use of automation software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to automate betting or gameplay.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain unauthorised advantage.

• Use of fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial information.

If db1111 detects or suspects any of the above activities, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, freeze all funds held in that account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a specified period.

• Confirmation of suspected fraudulent activity.

• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, db1111 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in an account, depending on the outcome of our internal investigation.

11 Liability Limit & Disclaimer

db1111 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that it will be free from interruptions, errors, or downtime at any point.

Db1111 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

Db1111's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Changes to Terms & Governing Law

db1111 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before those changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform db1111 after the updated terms come into effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the db1111 platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution process.
